: Steel Production Worker * *

SWING SHIFT:

• 5:00am-3:00pm and/or 3:00pm-1:00am.
• MUST BE WILLING TO CHANGE SHIFTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Shift changes may occur within a 5-day notice period.

We understand the importance of work-life balance.  Our 4-10-hour days schedule allows you to enjoy three-day weekends, giving you more time to focus on what matters most to you.  

COMPENSATION:

• Starting at $16.00/hr. during the probationary period of 0-90 days
• Expect increases to $17.00/hr. after completion of 90 days.
• Another increase to $18.00/hr. after 6 months of employment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

As a Steel Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with reprocessing steel parts. These tasks may include power-washing steel parts, sorting, loading, and unloading materials.

Additionally, you may be involved in machine operation, shipping, receiving, and general cleaning duties. Our work environment mainly comprises warehouse-type buildings, which are predominantly open to the outside.
