We are looking for candidates interested in long term / full time employment for a client located in Ypsilanti. Our client is in the business of manufacturing containers for the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates will be trained to operate the machines used to manufacture these containers and to inspect/package the product. This is not what many would consider a "typical" factory environment. All employees in production must wear hair nets and gloves due to FDA requirements. Since many of these containers will hold medication, the FDA requires that human hands not touch them. In addition, it is a very clean manufacturing environment. Our client works 12 hour days - 3 days one week and 4 days the next and it switches back and forth. It adds up to 37.5 hours on the 3 day work week and 49 hours on the 4 day work week. This is our only client that pays for every second our employees are there, including the 45 minute lunch.
