Job Description: We are currently seeking a diligent and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our medical facility and delivering top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to upholding the highest standards of medical assistance. Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and ensuring their comfort and readiness for examinations.
• Accurately obtaining and recording vital signs.
• Assisting healthcare professionals with nail procedures.
• Providing assistance and support during wound care treatments.
• Under the supervision of medical staff, aiding in graft procedures.
• Performing filling and sanding of nails/calluses as necessary.
• Supporting medical staff during biopsy procedures.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and exam rooms.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution preferred.
• Desirable to possess current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in a medical setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
