Our Banking Operations Support team is hiring for a support programmer to provide technical support of all core products to both in-house and outsourced customers. You will provide programming support in RPG, SQL, and XML for our Silverlake core software. You will be focused on core application support and use your programming skills to fix base code, correct programming errors, apply bug fixes, and troubleshoot software issues. This position will be based remotely from anywhere in the United States and will be expected to work in an on-call rotation.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Troubleshoot and debug existing code

  • Provide programming support for Silverlake core software.

  • Keeping customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes. May assist the customer with determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.

  • May complete project bids, and gather system requirements for custom work requests.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 18 months of programming or software development experience from either a professional or educational background.

  • Must be able to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a computer science discipline.

  • RPG or iSeries mainframe experience.
