Duties: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems - Able to layout, assemble, and install pipe systems for heating, hot water, and cooling in commercial buildings - Install PVC, Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Black Iron Pipe - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper coordination of projects - Perform pipe threading and cutting using appropriate tools and techniques

• Operate basic hand tools & use saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders

-Able to weld, braze, cement, or solder joints

• Able to use a tape measure

• Track Material

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues or potential problems
• Remodel existing plumbing systems to meet updated building codes and regulations

Qualifications: - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths, angles, and dimensions - Mechanical knowledge for understanding the operation of plumbing systems and equipment - Ability to assemble, disassemble, and repair plumbing components accurately - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
