Regions Hospital Inventory Supply Chain Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

Regions Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to join our team in our Supply Chain Services Department! This position provides exceptional customer service through welcoming behaviors, effective communication, and information sharing. This position will be responsible for the following job duties/responsibilities: Works independently and is the owner of their specific area(s) such as Surgical Services, Cath Lab, Equipment Service, Specialty Clinics or Copy Center Monitors and manages workflow and inventory to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently Meets regularly with nursing, physicians, purchasing, Supply Chain staff and other hospital staff to review usage and make recommendations related to supply chain distribution and processes Develops and executes performance measures, quality tracking and customer satisfaction programs Gives direction to staff and acts as the lead on duty Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent. Associate/Bachelor's degree in business administration or health related field. Four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for education requirement Experience: Two (2) years of experience of supply, inventory, or purchasing work experience required. Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured to drive via Regions Hospital standards and policies Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively Technology literacy is a plus Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week Work Schedule: 4am-1230pm; Monday-Friday Salary Rate: $48,000-$54,000/year Benefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (0.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
