Are you a friendly, motivated and detail-oriented accounts payable clerk? Are you looking for the next long-term step in your career? If so - we are hiring a full or part-time AP Assistant to support accounting functions, focusing on payables. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with data entry, a quick learner, and enjoys working as part of an accounting team. • Posts daily bank deposit

• Performs account reconciliations – customers and vendors

• Code, enter and match purchase ledger invoices to purchase orders

• Receive and verify invoices

• 3-way matching of invoices
