Job Title: Key Account Manager - Oncology

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

This role requires the person to be highly driven and motivated to strategically manage and grow Key Account customers in Oncology.

How you will contribute:

  • Submit and review weekly report and monthly sales forecasts to devise action plans for achieving targets, actively monitoring sales performance, and striving to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets proactively.

  • Effective management of key account customers in Oncology.

  • Identify the key accounts’ potential and work with marketing to grow the sales in the key accounts

  • Drive the product listing process in key accounts and follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing in timely manner.

  • Support the marketing team for marketing activities at the assigned key accounts.

  • Build strong rapport with the key account customers and its stakeholders and ensure successful execution of sales and marketing activities in respective key accounts.

  • Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals and execution.

  • Conduct CMEs, round table meeting and other activities to constantly engage the stakeholders of the key accounts.

  • Familiarize with the ordering and purchasing process of specialty products in Private clinics, Private and Government hospitals to ensure no delay in ordering process.

  • Obtain latest market information from time to time and add value to marketing plans to gain competitive advantage.

  • Collaborates with our 3rd party partners managing the Patient Access and Market Access programs to ensure adherence to programs and to ensure no delays in treatment for eligible patients.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Degree in sciences is required, preferably strong in scientific background

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.

  • Experience in managing hospitals is required.

  • Experience in product listing in hospital is preferred.

  • Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with ability to manage and negotiate with key decision makers in the hospitals. Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.

  • Strong in planning and execution of sales and marketing plans in the assigned key accounts and its other outlets.

  • Customer focus and ability to build effective customer relationship.

  • Team player and strong leadership skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented.

  • Highly dependable and able to work independently.

  • Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in pressure environment and work towards delivering results and driven.

  • Travelling for fieldwork and to attend various meetings is required as part of this role.
