The Devices & Creativity Sales Partner Account Manager for the GCR markets is responsible for the sales through retailers, distributors and mobile operators of all Devices & Creativity products – M365, Windows Consumer, Surface, and Accessories. This sales role works with channel partners to provide sales leadership by transforming the partners' business models and providing operational support expertise to drive Microsoft's strategy and enable the partner to grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Site Experience Optimizing, Business Analytics, Collaboration , and Optimization

  • Enhance E-Commerce Site Experience. Develop and implement strategies to improve product visibility, placement, and presentation on the Microsoft online sales platform. Analyze site metrics - such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value - to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Analyze Marketing Operations. Conduct in-depth data analysis on sales and marketing operations, including the marketing funnel and ROI by tactic, to produce actionable insights that enhance customer journey. Provide recommendations to support both global launch plans and local promotional events.

  • Collaborate to Drive Sales Growth. Work closely with sales teams, category leads, and marketing teams to create engaging offers and experiences tailored to key customer segments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure e-commerce strategies align with broader business objectives. Liaise with external partners, such as vendors and suppliers, to ensure seamless platform operations.

  • Enhance Customer Experience . Employ A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve user experience, boost conversion rates, and maximize revenue. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Math, Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Internet industry, technical program management, data analysis, or product development.

  • E-Commerce Expertise. In-depth understanding of e-commerce platform operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Tmall, or others in the sector.

  • Analytical Proficiency. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.

  • Collaboration and Communication. Proven ability to work in complex environments, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to understand customer and partner business needs to align efforts with broader goals.

  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

  • Digital Marketing and SEO Knowledge. Understanding of SEO best practices, digital marketing techniques, and UX principles.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication in a multinational organization.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree is preferred.
