CTG a un poste de consultant à long terme pour un technicien informatique senior de niveau 2-3. Il s'agit d'un travail sur place à Québec sur le projet de pont de l'Île d'Orléans.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Relevant du directeur adjoint des services de projets informatiques, le technicien informatique senior aura les responsabilités suivantes :

• Assurer un soutien technologique aux utilisateurs travaillant sur le projet du pont de l'Île d'Orléans, en personne, durant les premiers mois, en collaboration avec notre partenaire Genatec;

• Diagnostiquer, analyser, documenter, enquêter et/ou résoudre les problèmes de manière indépendante ;

• Assurer le bon fonctionnement des postes de personnes dédiées au projet PIO (un parc d'environ 300 postes localement) ;

• Installation de différents logiciels selon les exigences du projet et du partenaire ;

• Assurer le support de l'environnement Office 365 et offrir un support technologique pour favoriser une utilisation optimale;

• Assurer le support des salles de visioconférence de type Surface Hub Teams avec le partenaire.

EXIGENCES

• Détenir un DEC en informatique ou une expérience pertinente;

• Avoir 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires ;

• Connaissance des produits Apple, MDM & DEP :

• Bonne connaissance de l'anglais (oral et écrit) ;

• Expérience dans l'environnement Office 365;

• Connaissance de l'environnement Intune pour la préparation d'images de bureau et de packages de déploiement ;

• Connaissances ITSM et certification ITIL (un atout).

CTG has an long term Consultant opening for a Sr. Level 2-3 IT Technician. This is an onsite job working on location in Quebec City on the Île d'Orléans bridge project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Assistant Director of IT Project Services, the Senior IT Technician will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide technological support to users working on the Île d'Orléans bridge project, in person, during the first months, in collaboration with our partner Genatec;

• Independently diagnose, analyze, document, investigate and/or resolve problems;

• Ensure the proper functioning of the positions of people dedicated to the PIO project (a fleet of around 300 positions locally);

• Installation of different software according to the requirements of the project and the partner;

• Provide support for the Office 365 environment and offer technological support to promote optimal use;

• Provide support for Surface Hub Teams type videoconferencing rooms with the partner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a DEC in computer science or relevant experience;

• Have 5 years of experience in similar functions;

• Knowledge of Apple, MDM & DEP products:

• Good knowledge of English (oral and written);

• Experience in the Office 365 environment;

• Knowledge of the Intune environment for preparing desktop images and deployment packages;

• ITSM knowledge and ITIL certification (an asset).
