Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations, including budgeting, expense reporting, and accounting functions, while utilizing various data mining techniques and ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CapEx, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to optimize financial operations

• Apply data mining techniques to analyze and interpret financial data for decision-making

• Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and company policies

• Manage accounting functions, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date

• Handle expense reporting, making sure all expenses are documented and justified

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to streamline financial processes

• Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management and productivity

• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all financial operations

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting. Requirements • Must possess significant experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Proven experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Demonstrated expertise in ERP Solutions and About Time software

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Experience in Expense Reporting and Finance is essential

• Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field is preferred
