Expected Length of Internship: Summer 2024 semester (3 months) in First Solar's Perrysburg, OH Manufacturing and Technology Center (near Toledo). As an internship company, we allow flexibility to enroll in classes while working as an intern, as long as it doesn't interfere with the essential functions of the position. Education/Experience: Someone working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science. First Solar encourages all interns to register their internship with their University. 1-2 years Python coding experience in classroom projects Basic understanding in Data Science or Computer Science Basic Internship Scope (Project): The intern will be expected to write Python codes, review and validate others' codes. Assist Data Scientists in data analytics automation projects Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.
