Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle transaction reconciliations.

• Handle customer refunds.

• Handle any exceptions identified in the refund and reconciliation processes.

• Escalate any process and product issues identified to the team lead.

• Any other duties that may arise on a daily basis as assigned by the team lead

   

  Qualifications 

• Robust Branch product and process knowledge.

• Detailed understanding of Branch reconciliation processes.

• Willingness and ability to learn fast.

• Excellent collaborator and team player.

• Great attention to detail.

• Proactive in their duties.

• Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative
