The High-Level Overview: Working from your home and occasionally on-site in Colorado, our HR Generalist partners with the Sr. HR Generalist to directly support the needs of our client's business and is considered a key leadership position on the HRx team.  The HR Generalist is responsible for designing and developing workflow strategies for our clients by leveraging the internal support of HR Specialists.

Compensation: $55,000 to $62,000, depending on experience

What will you do?

Human Resources

  • Supports our clients by partnering, assessing, and responding to high-level human resources issues, including employee misconduct, harassment, and discrimination investigations, by understanding compliance requirements and client business needs and services.

  • Facilitates compensation and benefits administration, employee development, training, and performance management with clients.

  • Collaborate with client leaders to support developing and implementing employee life cycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, management, and offboarding strategies).

  • Assesses and helps leaders and managers understand and administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs necessary for the client’s business success.

Client & Project Management

  • Confers with HRx clients to determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Responsible for defining, developing, or modifying new and existing client project plans.

  • Monitor the project throughout life cycles while maintaining positive client expectations and meeting predetermined deadlines.

  • Reports regularly to client status updates and project deliverables and internally communicates with HRx team members.

  • Assign HRx team members to specific tasks and projects to achieve client deliverability.

  • Direct activities and assist the HRx support staff in researching, designing, developing, and implementing products on compensation, compliance, and client partner-specific projects.

  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Education: PHR/SHRM-CP and/or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification is required within the first year of employment. Bachelor’s highly preferred!

Experience: 

  • At least two years of HR strategic, operational, or business level experience as an HR generalist or specialty focus area work.

  • At least two years of experience working in a position developing and administering Federal & state employment law.

  • At least one year of experience working in a client partner-facing role is highly preferred.
