Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Manager, Software Development & Engineering Sr. (ref. Code 2024-99433 in Lone Tree, CO.

Duties: Perform advanced software development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly- developed business expertise. Debug production issues and non-production issues. Mentor junior developers. Liaise with external teams. Assist with architecture for innovation tickets. Perform senior level development tasks such as critical path code updates and ensuring alerting and monitoring systems are in place. Carry out Root Cause Analysis to implement improved processes if any postproduction issues are reported. Design and develop applications keeping in scope to add new functionality, enhancements, and modifications in the future. Utilize object-oriented principles and follow industry best practices and techniques to develop new and modernize existing applications.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience.
