Fry cooks should work with the grill/prep cooks as one unified team, according to Chief's required specifications. Portion all food items in appropriate containers and place in coolers to thaw, prepare all appetizers on the menu, setup and stock the appetizer station, cooler and freezer, take out trash and keep the kitchen area clean. Must be quick, organized and ability to multitask. Competent reading and writing skills are necessary in order to read tickets and take inventory.
