Overview

i3 is seeking a Software Engineer to develop cutting edge applications for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)/s for the department of defense. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop new and existing technologies from the ground up and enhance your front-end and back end skillsets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree desired or additional years of experience can be substituted for degree.

• We are considering all levels of experience for this position: Entry (0-3years), Mid (4-9 years) and Senior (10+ years).

• C # or Java experience.

• Experience using protobuf.

• Experience using RTI DDS.

• Experience writing, implementing and documenting APIs.

• Experience writing unit tests.

• Experience writing end-to-end automated tests is a plus.

• Experience writing and implementing RESTful APIs is a plus.

• Javascript experience is a plus.

• Experience creating Docker images is a plus.

• Experience creating a CI/CD pipeline is a plus.

• Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
