We are excited to announce an opening for an RF Engineer to join our R&D Team in Huntsville, AL. You will be designing RF broad band receivers, conditioners, and designing calibrations to enable coherent operation across multiple receivers while balancing interference, sensitivity, and other constraints. Responsibilities:
Collaborating as part of a development team to design, develop, and test receivers and RF circuits for distributed aperture systems
Building and testing RF systems to stressing requirements
Using RF test equipment to prototype and measure your design
Communicating findings in briefings & reports as required
Basic Qualifications:
You must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
You will need 4 years of full-time professional experience. Prefer 3 years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), Applied RF and experience with RF Test Equipment
You must possess or can obtain an active secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with radar systems
Experience characterizing RF group delay and other RF characteristics for multi aperture systems
Designing system level and component level RF calibrations for multi aperture systems
Working knowledge of RF requirements and designs for coherence of multiple apertures with up to
multiple km baselines
Working knowledge of synchronization methods for multi aperture systems including temperature effects on highly synchronized systems and clock drift compensation methods
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills to independently develop technical white papers, briefings, etc., as required to communicate complex technical issues to the customer and stakeholders
