Description:

Looking for maintenance technicians to add to their maintenance department in the foundry.

This position involves both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of foundry equipment. These maintenance technicians also do a lot of project work. This could be laying conduit, installing machines, etc. The foundry is a brand new facility so there is a lot of projects that fall on the department's shoulders. looking for technicians who are problem solvers and not afraid to make suggestions for improvement.

They could be working with Fanuc / Kuka / Siemens / ABB / and Mazak controls.

Mechanically they will be working a lot with hydraulics and pneumatics as well as basic mechanical CNC repairs.

They conduct preventative maintenance on the weekends.

Mechanical repair/troubleshooting: 60%

Electrical repair/troubleshooting: 40%
