We are seeking a Sales Assistant based in Franklin, Tennessee. As part of our team, you will play a key role in handling customer service and account management tasks. Your primary focus will be on processing orders received via email, ensuring the smooth journey of these orders from entry to arrival at their destination countries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer orders received via email and ensuring their smooth processing from entry to arrival at their destination country

• Handling invoicing and requesting necessary documentation for bill of lading, health certificates, and certificates of origins

• Liaising with various departments such as sales, finance, and research and development

• Ensuring effective communication with customers predominantly via email

• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout all tasks.

Requirements

• Must be skilled in email correspondence.

• Experience in order entry is necessary.

• Ability to assist in sales-related tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have strong organizational skills.

• Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing MS Excel

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
