Blue Origin, LLC Sr Subcontract Administrator in Denver, Colorado

As part of a diverse and hardworking team of professionals, specialists, and engineers, you will lead efforts to manage and direct suppliers and teammates to support the external development of various spaceflight systems. You will interact with our customers, and the Programs, to address concerns and ensure development efforts and deliveries are on track.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar is required. Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management Must have knowledge and experience in subcontracts, supplier management, procurement and planning, MRP/ERP planning and transactions, BOM structures, material estimating, and Basis of Estimate creation. Must have understanding and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Experience with negotiating and managing multiple contract types, including but not limited to Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M) and cost type (CPFF, CPIF) Experience with development and or R&D procurement projects Experience with complex negotiations including terms and conditions Track record of managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources Superior communication skills (written and verbal), leadership abilities, and the ability to team in a cross-functional environment are required to perform in this position.
