As the head of new channel, you will be responsible to build Molnlycke new capability and presence in pharmacy and home care market, ensures achieving strategic project and business objectives through effective and efficient management, establishing and engaging strategic partners and leveraging internal and external resources.

What you’ll do

•Build business model and team to achieve strategic goal and business target; Identify opportunities of local innovation by customer insights, market & dynamic, product portfolio and competition intelligence, etc.

•Develop the sales management processes from pipeline to account planning to proposal development, and deal closure.

•As business leader and budget owner, take responsibility of sales target and OPEX target;

•Track expected results, measure progress against identified objectives, and report outcomes on a regular basis to project sponsors and key stakeholders.

•Builds strong relationships with internal functional expertise and external customers to leverage resources supporting strategic projects as well as business objective

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Working experience in healthcare industry, like pharmacy or medical device industry

• Experience in channel sales discovery, and channel sales expansion; identifying new paths to embark on that lead to profitability.

• Can work cross-functionally

• Brings an unwavering dedication to excellence with a client-centric approach including being a key driver in quickly building trusting business relationships and delivering unprecedented value to customers

• Brings demonstrated leadership skills both internally and externally combined with a strong competitive drive; Ability to manage up, down and across all levels

• Is bright, articulate, and charismatic; has a high energy level to facilitate effective interaction with team, senior level executives, and clients

• Is passionate, savvy, and brings a strong ability to lead and collaborate;
