About the Role

This profile is for coverage in Professional segment specially in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad location. The role is required to provide deeper coverage into Professional Segment in Southern part of India. In addition to his core job of acquiring newer customers in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of the given sales and revenue target in the assigned territory / customer segment

  • Establish long-term customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by identifying needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns

  • Develop strategic territory plans to manage a cost efficient, high performing business

  • Coordinate training efforts with the training team to ensure rich user experience

  • Keeping a track of competitive information and movement pertinent to given line of business.

  • Have the tenacity to push for growth objectives in tough business conditions.

  • Identifying deficiency in business processes and being able to use logic to use LN products and solutions to improve workflow.

    Requirements:

  • Will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales and account management strategy across the allocated region for customers in this segment.

  • Should be able to grow the business by increasing the market penetration and upselling the existing customers

  • A successful track record in selling, planning, and executing sales strategies in new market and new product environment

  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyses possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

  • Has direct contact with clients with moderate opportunity to negotiate

  • Multitasking – being able to manage multiple opportunities and tasks at any given time.

  • Adaptability – being able to articulate the LN value proposition in different environments.\
