Your Impact

TheFull StackDeveloperwill perform rapid application design,ETL,dataanalysis, and interpretation. Develops rules andmethodologiesfordatacollection and analysis.Develop and maintain aPython-baseddatawarehouseprocessing system that serves as the backend for a user facing application. Develop and maintain aGUIapplication using modern RESTAPIand Web frameworks. You will work closely with intelligence analysts,ETLengineers, and customers to incorporate new features and scale the application. Utilize best practices for source control, testing, and deployment of software changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the architectural design of features early in the development cycle
• Work with Customer Stakeholders, Program Managers, and Product Owners to translate the road map features into management components/tasks, estimate timings, and resources, suggest solutions, and identify possible risk
• Conduct peer reviews to improve code quality
• Help to follow development testing, exploratory testing, AI testing, and/or testautomation
• Own your code in production, respond to incidents as they occur, and participate in retros to determine how to be better in the future
• Work towards reducing the total number of defects in the module/product to industry standards by catching and fixing issues early in development
• Resolve all critical and high-prioritysecuritydefects in-sprint, or by theguidelines set by the SecOps team
• Help build high-performing teams, grow and mentor the technical skills within the team and create development o portunities for them

Required Skills

• ActiveTS/SCIclearancerequired.
• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputer Science, Engineering, or related technical field - Master'sdegreeis a plus!
• 6+ years ofexperienceas asoftware engineer
• 4+ years ofexperiencedeveloping withPython
• Robustobject-orienteddesign pattern knowledge and implementationexperienceusingPython
• Strong understanding ofdatamodeling techniques
• Experienceworking with large volumes of time seriesdataand building services,APIs, and applications based of it
• Experienceworking with relational/non-relationaldatabases and understanding of storage technologies (like Postgresql MongoDB and BigQuery)
• ExperiencewithDevOpstools like Git
• ExperiencewithAgiledevelopment concepts and related tools
• Experiencewith popularPythonmodules likeNumpy,Pandas
• ExperiencewithPyTorchbyTensorFlow
• ExperiencewithPythonweb server frameworks likeFlask, FastAPI,Pydantic,Gunicorn,Uvicorn
• Experienceworking with Node.js development with libraries like React.js and/or Electron
• Experienceusing content servers suchApacheandnginx

Desired Skills (Optional)

• Experiencewith remote procedural call technologies. Eg. gRPC and JSON RPC.
• Experiencein designing multi-tier application architecture and distributed caching solutions
• ExperienceinPythonparallelization/multiprocessing (e.g. Dask) and vectorization
• Knowledge ofGeospatialdataprocessing- Libraries include GeoPandas,Folium,Shapely,RasterIO,QGISandArcPy
• Knowledge ofPythonML stack modules likeScikit-learn,KerasandTensorflow
• DevOpsexperiencewith GoogleCloudPlatform,AzureandAWS
• Able to generate a RESTAPIwith a minimal amount of code
