Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Especialista Técnico en Mantenimiento será responsable de realizar y coordinar las tareas correctivas y de mantenimiento preventivo en las áreas de producción, informando al gerente de mantenimiento y trabajando en rotación de tres turnos.

• Conocimientos generales / Habilidades:

• Conocimientos de Electricidad, electrónica, Mecánica de piso Industrial

• Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y de escalera

• Control eléctrico de motores, conexiones Estrella/Delta

• Principios básicos de electrónica e instrumentación

• Reparación y Mantenimiento Preventivo a motores eléctricos

• Experiencia en programación basico de PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens), respaldos, rastreo de fallas

• Interpretación de diagramas neumáticos, identificación de fallas

• Seguridad Industrial (LOTO)

• Experiencia en instrumentos de medición (vernier, micrómetro)

• Experiencia en analizar fallas eléctricas, mecánicas, neumáticas

• Conocimiento en sistemas de vació (cámaras de Fugas), espectrómetro de masas, fugas calibradas, TL7

• Uso de herramientas mecánicas, industriales, uso de soldadura eléctrica

• Experiencia en horno de gas y eléctricos, desmontaje de turbinas, chumaceras, rodillos, rodamientos, etc.

• Carrera técnica terminada en electricidad, mecatrónica o electromecanica

• Experiencia de 2 años

• Habilidades básicas de programación PLC

• Conocimiento en pruebas de fuga, LDS, bombas de vacío

• Conocimientos en electricidad, neumática, mecánica de piso

• Disponibilidad de horario (turnos rotativos de 3 turnos según las necesidades de la empresa)

• Trabajo en equipo, proactivo
